MEDWING Beginnings

MEDWING was founded by Johannes Roggendorf and Dr. Timo Fischer 2017 in Berlin and voted "Top Startup 2019" in Germany by LinkedIn. The company was a bid to solve the global healthcare staffing shortage and to improve access to healthcare provision for everyone in the world.

Combining technology with health care recruitment

MEDWING is Europe's leading job matching and career consulting company for all healthcare professions. A modern technology company that uses the advantages of digitisation and automation to make the matching process between specialist and hospital or nursing facility as timely, efficient, transparent and simple as possible for all parties involved.

Building long-term relationships with candidates
