What happens if a placed candidate resigns or is dismissed during the probationary period?

If, during the trial period, the employment contract is terminated, regardless of which side initiates, you will receive a refund depending upon how the fee was paid: 1. Gradual reimbursement for one-time payment If you pay the placement fee once, you will receive a step-by-step refund on termination of the employment contract (irrespective of which side terminated the contract) depending on the month of termination. 2. Remaining debt reduction with monthly payment If you pay the agency fee in monthly amounts, all further amounts will be deducted from the month of notice, irrespective of which side terminated the employment contract.
