We qualify candidates in three subsequent stages: Step 1: Registration at MEDWING Our matching technology only allows job seekers with the minimum professional requirements to register. There are no unskilled candidates on the MEDWING platform. Step 2: The personal conversation We pay attention to German language skills and try to find out more about the background of the specialist: What are the reasons for the job change? What is important to the candidate? How does she see her future? Step 3: Documentation screening The MEDWING career counselors check the documents (CVs, certificates, additional qualifications) of the job seeker for completeness and authenticity. Job seekers who have failed several probationary periods or did not work in nursing care for years are excluded from our process. Once a candidate has completed these steps, we will then begin matching them to facilities.
