Receive candidates and conduct interviews

As soon as we have found candidates based on your hiring needs, you will receive a selection of the best profiles. Then you can invite the most suitable candidates for an interview.

Hire a candidate / Book a candidate

Once you have decided on a candidate, you can make them an permanent offer. Alternatively, you can book the applicant for individual shifts using our flexible working model.

Pay us a commision

You only pay after we've successfully placed a candidate at your facility. if you decide a candidate isn't the right during the probationary period, you may be entitled to a refund.
