💡 About the Role
As our Clinical Lead Nurse, you’ll provide professional nursing leadership and clinical expertise across our homecare services, supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries and complex needs to live independently at home.
You’ll lead on clinical training, supervision, and quality assurance — ensuring that all care delivery meets CQC, NMC, NICE, and Skills for Care standards.
Working closely with our Director of Nursing & Clinical Governance and other members of the Clinical team, you’ll guide and mentor Care Managers and Care teams, validate clinical procedures, and ensure the highest standards of safety and compassion.
This role involves regular travel to conduct supervisions and clinical training in clients’ homes, ensuring best practice is maintained across the field.
You’ll also participate in our on-call rota, which means being available to accept calls during evenings and weekends for one week (Wednesday to Wednesday) approximately every seven weeks, for which time off in lieu is offered.
