Position: Medicine Specialist
Type: Full-time
Compensation: $90,000–$200,000/year
Location: Remote
Commitment: 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Use proprietary tools to label, annotate, and evaluate data across medical and healthcare topics.
Contribute expertise in diagnostics, patient care, pharmacology, and imaging.
Collaborate with technical teams to refine data annotation systems and AI training processes.
Analyze complex medical problems and provide structured, evidence-based solutions.
Support AI model development by contributing data in text, audio, and video formats.
Assist in improving access to high-quality medical information and resources globally.

Qualifications
Must-Have

MD, DO, NP, PharmD, DDS, DMD, or a Master’s/PhD in a related medical or scientific field.
Strong command of both informal and professional English communication.
Skilled in using medical databases, journals, and online research tools.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and apply expert judgment in ambiguous situations.

Preferred

Multiple publications or first-author papers in reputable medical or scientific journals.
Teaching or tutoring experience in clinical or academic medicine.
Prior experience in AI data training, technical writing, or scientific communication.

Compensation & Legal

Competitive pay ranging from $90,000 to $200,000 annually for U.S.-based professionals, depending on experience and location.
