General Radiographer
Location: Cambridge
Employment Type: Full Time (37.5 hours per week) with On Call duties on a rota basis

Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital is recruiting for a full-time General Radiographer on a permanent basis. This role would suit an experienced Radiographer who wants to take their career to the next level. Our team offers a variety of Imaging procedures such as:

X-ray
CT
MRI
Mammography
Theatre cases
MSK
Breast
GI
Gynae
MRCP
Neuro

Duties and Responsibilities:

Be part of a team delivering high-quality, efficient radiographic service.
Provide highly skilled and specialised imaging for patients, making informed decisions on the diagnostic imaging required, while demonstrating a professional, caring, and responsible approach to the duties carried out.
Ensure the team delivers effective imaging by providing appropriate clinical leadership, educational, and development expertise.
Be responsible for the standard of own imaging work and that of other supervised radiographers and students, adhering to the standards set by Spire.
Ensure that Clinical Governance and risk management are embedded within daily practice.

Who We're Looking For:

Diploma or Degree in Radiography
HCPC Registration
IV injection certificate of competence
Previous experience as a Radiographer in an imaging department
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a commercial environment while maintaining safe standards
Flexible approach to work and working patterns

Shift Patterns:

5 x 7.5 hr shifts (Mon-Sat) with on-call duties weekly/weekend
