We are working in partnership with one of the UK’s leading mental health providers to recruit a Registered Manager for a newly developed, purpose-built 26-bed residential service. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to shape a brand-new nurse-led service and make a meaningful impact from day one.
The Opportunity
As Registered Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring safe, high-quality and person-centred care for all residents. You will lead and inspire the team, drive a positive culture, and ensure the service remains financially sustainable and fully compliant with regulatory standards.
