Chief Pharmacy Information Officer (CPIO)
The Chief Pharmacy Information Officer (CPIO) will act as the senior pharmacy professional and strategic lead for digital transformation of trust wide services and informatics involving medicines. This role ensures the Digital Pharmacy Strategy aligns with trust business plans and the overarching Digital and Data Strategy. The post holder will provide expert advice, leadership, and management to enable strategic transformation, ensuring medicines processes are supported by trust-wide digital systems. In addition to being the digital pharmacy lead for the trust, the post holder will also act as the lead for Education and Training aspects of the Trust Pharmacy service, ensuring a strategic approach is in place to ensure all pharmacy professionals involved in the service keep pace with profession level expectations.
