Due to an internal promotion, we are recruiting a professional and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead the team at our Birch Place Retirement Living Plus development in Crowthorne, Berkshire.
Salary: £42,887.80 per annum, plus benefits and UNCAPPED annual and quarterly performance bonuses.

Role Highlights:
As a Registered Care Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the operational running of the development. You will manage a team to enable residents to live independently and actively while upholding our commitment to high-quality care. You will ensure their safety, coordinating activities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. As the CQC registration holder, you will support the staff to deliver the care needs of our residents and provide additional services. Working alongside our sales and rental teams, you will ensure the available apartments are filled to maintain our vibrant community.
