You will join a motivated team of Band 7 and Band 6 staff who work as part of a team but also are able to use their own initiative managing the department on a daily basis as well as being part of a team managing the teams of dedicated Registered staff and Healthcare Assistants.
Opportunities exist to develop personal practice and gain further experience in all aspects of emergency care and advanced practice, supported by the department's dedicated Clinical Practice Educators.
