Chatter Matters Ltd is a small, independent Speech and Language Therapy company providing high-quality, child-centred services across Greater Manchester, Cheshire and the High Peak. We work with children and young people with a range of speech, language and communication needs (SLCN) across home, clinic, and educational settings.

The Role
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Speech and Language Therapist to join our friendly team. This is a community-based role supporting children and young people across a variety of environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide assessment, diagnosis and intervention for children and young people with a range of SLCN.
Work across our Stockport clinic, client homes, nurseries, schools and colleges.
Plan and deliver evidence-based therapy programmes.
Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
Work collaboratively with parents, carers, teachers and other professionals.
Contribute to the development of high-quality, child-focused services within the company.

Essential Requirements

Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
HCPC registration.
Membership of RCSLT (or willingness to join).
Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
Ability to travel across Greater Manchester, Cheshire and the High Peak.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with Autism, AAC, early language development, phonology, selective mutism, speech sound disorders/CAS, and DLD.
