Pay: $16.00 - $19.49 per hour based upon applicable on the job patient care experience + shift premiums when working afternoons, overnights and weekend shifts

The PCA, under the direction of a registered nurse, is responsible for direct patient care considering age-specific, developmental, cultural, and spiritual needs. They assist in establishing and maintaining a patient care environment that is clean, safe, and conducive to patient/family wellbeing including concepts of relationship-based care.
Training is provided to prepare our colleagues for success. The PCA assists patients in completing ADLs including:
The Intensive Care Unit at Chelsea is a six-bed adult unit caring for patients that are critically ill medical-surgical patients requiring cardiac monitoring, invasive/non-invasive ventilation, and drips.
Shifts Available: Day Shift - 7:00am - 5:30pm
Status Available: Part time, benefit eligible (60 hours per pay period – every two weeks)
