Position Details

  • Hours: 16 hours per week (to be discussed with the manager)
  • Pay: Starting at £13.26 per hour, with enhanced rates up to £14.56 depending on shifts during weekends and evenings.

Role Highlights
As a Care and Support Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Light domestic duties
  • Coordinating resident activities
  • Assisting with appointments and shopping
    Each day will be diverse, allowing you to make a significant impact on residents’ wellbeing.

About You

  • Location: Ideally located within commuting distance to our estate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a UK health and social care role is preferred, with a passion for working with older adults. A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Skills: Warm, friendly, and dedicated to exceptional service, you thrive in a team environment and are eager to make a positive difference.
