Join Our Chippenham Community Team – Community Nurse
Hours: 37.5 per week
Base: Chippenham Community Hospital

The Chippenham Community Team is seeking a Community Nurse to join our experienced, multidisciplinary service providing care and support to people in their own homes and local community.

This role involves delivering safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care to individuals with a range of complex needs. You will work closely with colleagues from nursing, therapy, and other health and social care disciplines to promote independence and improve health outcomes for our patients.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (NMC Registered)
• Frontline community care experience
• Evidence of ongoing clinical and professional development
• Strong clinical assessment, planning, and communication skills
• Ability to manage workload effectively and maintain high standards of care under pressure
• A flexible and professional approach to patient-centred care

Additional Information

• Shift patterns: 07:00–15:00, 08:30–15:30, and 14:00–22:00 (Weekend working on a rota basis is required)
• You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle suitable for business use.
