Job Title: Specialty Doctor in Anaesthetics
The Anaesthetics Department at Dorset County NHS Foundation Trust has a vacancy for a Specialty Doctor.

The successful candidate will be supported by a mentor from within the consultant body, and we actively encourage and support our SAS staff to look towards Portfolio Pathway/CESR if they wish to take this route.
The Trust is located close to the Centre of the county town of Dorchester and is a modern hospital. It provides the full range of general, acute hospital services, including an emergency department. The Trust is a recognised trauma unit affiliated with the Southampton Trauma Centre.
Dorchester is a popular market town with easy access to Dorset’s Jurassic Coastline in an area of outstanding beauty, served by frequent direct rail services to London Waterloo and Bristol. There are excellent recreational amenities and good educational facilities available in both the public and private sectors. The popular seaside holiday resort of Weymouth, with its golden beaches and picturesque harbour, water sports, and the Weymouth Olympic sailing academy, is only 8 miles away.
