We’re looking for a seasoned clinical professional to lead and shape clinical excellence across the UK. This strategic role blends clinical leadership, postural management expertise, and innovative education delivery to influence industry practice and support our growing network of clinicians, PVT dealers, case managers, and partners.
What You’ll Lead

• Delivery of advanced clinical training programmes and workshops across adult and paediatric populations.
• Establishing and leading the Spex UK Academy, developing a structured, accredited education framework.
• Providing hands-on clinical support during product trials, assessments, and fittings to ensure evidence-based outcomes.
• Representing Spex at high-level industry events, building strong relationships with clinicians, case managers, and private rehab networks.
• Creating cutting-edge clinical content — research, white papers, educational videos, and social media campaigns.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing on case studies, testimonials, and promotional strategies.
• Mentoring and developing future clinical team members, fostering a culture of continuous growth and knowledge sharing.
• Supporting business development by deepening partnerships with PVT dealers and case management networks.

  ...are a professional with a background in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or similar clinical pathways — or those with deep industry experience in complex rehab technology.
