Job Description

Are you a clinically trained professional with a passion for education and improving patient outcomes? Looking for a role where you can combine your clinical expertise with the opportunity to train, influence, and make a real impact in healthcare? If so, our client is seeking a Clinical Educator to join their growing team and you could be the perfect fit.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
From their products to their approach to hiring, this company puts people first. Properly human-centric, their portfolio ranges from infusion devices to surgical instruments and more. The thing that connects them? Over a century of caring about the health of people around the world and a passion for making medical tech smarter and better.

And as for working there?
Well, they’ve covered all bases when it comes to benefits. From the big stuff, like life assurance, healthcare coverage (including private medical and an EAP scheme) and a generous pension scheme, to the ‘nice-to-haves’ like enhanced annual leave and a swanky EV/hybrid company car, their benefits package is designed to make your work and home life better.

Plus, if career development is what you’re into, they’re well known for supporting their people to develop their knowledge and skills, through a personalised development plan. Plenty of room to grow here!

What will your day-to-day look like?
As a Clinical Educator, you’ll play a key role in supporting both pre- and post-sales activities through the delivery of high-quality clinical training and education. A typical day might include:

  • Providing education and clinical training on the Hospital Care product portfolio to customers and internal teams
  • Supporting the evaluation and implementation of new products, ensuring clinical efficiency and best practice
  • Working collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to influence trial outcomes and grow product adoption
  • Building strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders and developing KOLs within accounts
  • Coaching colleagues and helping to foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement
  • Providing feedback on competitor activity, pricing, and market insights
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and CRM records in Salesforce and company systems

This role will suit you if you…

  • Are a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration or a healthcare professional with equivalent qualifications
  • Bring current, hands-on clinical experience (minimum 3 years) in Intensive Care, High Dependency, or a similar setting
  • Have a strong interest in training, education, and clinical development
  • Are confident presenting to groups and communicating effectively with all levels of clinical staff
  • Are organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Are enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about improving standards of care
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and are flexible to travel, including occasional overnight stays

Think this could be your next role?
Then we’d love to hear from you!
