Job Description

About Mable Therapy
Mable Therapy is an innovative online therapy company, passionate about ensuring children and young people get the help they need, when they need it. Our mission is to make high-quality speech and language therapy accessible to every child, no matter where they live or what their circumstances may be. We’re transforming traditional therapy models through our bespoke digital platform, built specifically for telehealth, not just video calls.
We’re proud to now be part of the Keys Group – a trusted provider of therapeutic care and education for children and young people with complex needs. Keys believe in every single child and are committed to making every day extraordinary for them. This partnership strengthens our shared mission: to provide tailored, specialist support that helps every child thrive.
Together, Mable and Keys are expanding the reach of therapeutic services across schools, NHS trusts, and local authorities, bringing the best of innovation and clinical excellence under one roof.
If you're passionate about breaking down barriers to therapy, championing young people, and being part of something truly impactful, this is your opportunity to join a team that’s shaping the future of care and education.
Your Role
We are seeking a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join our team on a permanent contract. This is a fully remote role. Successful candidates may have occasional travel to head office for induction or occasional in-person training, or team events.
You’ll work closely with a Senior Speech and Language Therapist and the wider team to deliver high-quality therapy via our secure online platform. You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to the ongoing development of clinical resources and service improvements.
