Role: Resident Doctor Oncology
Town / Site: Harley St, London. The Harley St Clinic.
Part Time or Full Time: Up to 36 Hrs Per Week
Permanent: There are opportunities for additional shifts, by joining our Bank (internal locums).

About The Role

  • Provide day-to-day inpatient medical management, including clerking planned and unplanned admissions, undertaking daily ward rounds, and leading on routine clinical reviews.
  • Manage acutely unwell patients, respond to medical emergencies and contribute to end-of-life care as required.
  • Support continuity of care across both inpatient and outpatient pathways in partnership with our established multidisciplinary team.
  • Direct, close working relationships with internationally recognised Haematology and Oncology Consultants and Professors.
  • A supportive clinical environment with dedicated HCA-employed Resident Doctors and clear clinical governance structures.

What You'll Bring

  • GMC Registration and License to Practice in the UK
  • Completed Foundation Years training and additionally at minimum IMT-2 or Core Medical Train (CM2) / equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years' experience in Oncology.
  • Full MRCP required.
  • A passion for teamwork, patient-focused care with the ability to build and share best practices and offer a first-class patient experience.
  • Desire to develop within the role, as our cancer services grow.
