Job Description

Patient Care Coordinator – Ivory Dental
Ivory Dental is a modern private practice known for its personalised approach and warm, supportive environment. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping patients and can communicate with confidence and clarity. You don’t need to be GDC registered, though experience in a dental setting is a strong advantage. We’re also open to applicants from other industries if you have solid experience in patient coordination or high-quality consultative sales.

What’s on Offer

Full-time, permanent role (39.5 hours per week)
Full-time hours worked over four days: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (8:15–7:00), Friday (8:15–5:30)
Fully funded GDC registration, indemnity and CPD if applicable

What You’ll Do

Welcome patients and support them through each stage of their treatment
Explain treatment plans and payment options clearly and comfortably
Work closely with clinicians during consultations and treatment planning
Handle appointments, follow-ups and general enquiries
Provide reception cover when needed, mainly on Fridays

What We’re Looking For

Dental experience is ideal, especially if you’re confident discussing treatment options, though GDC registration isn’t required
Strong communication skills and a calm, friendly approach
Confidence discussing treatments and finance
Private practice experience is helpful but not essential
We also welcome applicants from other industries with strong patient-facing or premium sales experience
