The Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Facilitator will work with the Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Team Lead to implement the Trust’s Clinical Audit & Effectiveness programme in accordance with Trust Policy.
Using effective communication skills to build positive working relationships with colleagues across the organisation, the post holder will facilitate and advise on national and local clinical audit & effectiveness projects to meet Trust/Divisional/Directorate priorities, objectives and requirements.
The Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Facilitator will be a pro-active member of the Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Team, providing leadership and support to the Team Administrators. The role also incorporates the promotion of a positive learning environment where changes are established and embedded to improve patient safety, experience and outcomes.
