Compass Associates are working with a respected care provider on a senior appointment within their Scottish portfolio. The organisation is seeking an experienced Peripatetic Manager to support nursing homes in the Glasgow area.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity suited to a nurse-qualified manager with a strong background in turnaround, service recovery and building stable, engaged teams. Capabilities in clinical practice, medication management, staffing consistency and overall culture are essential. The incoming manager will play a central role in strengthening governance, increasing confidence with external stakeholders and supporting long-term sustainability.
