Experienced CLINICAL CASE MANAGER Required – Self Employed - Competitive Pay

Ben Holden Ltd is a forward-thinking, quality focussed, independent case management company, specialising in catastrophic and complex injuries. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a case manager with a minimum of two years case management experience to join our team, providing support to either children and young people or adults with a range of needs (traumatic brain injury, acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation and poly trauma).

Applicants will require a background in OT/Nursing/Physio/SLT/Social Work or Clinical Psychology with catastrophic injury case management experience (private sector/personal injury/clinical neg/medicolegal arenas). You should be highly competent and dynamic in developing client centred rehabilitation packages with knowledge of working within a variety of funding streams.

The main office is based in Wherstead, Ipswich, Suffolk and we are particularly interested in applicants based in East Anglia (Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire & Norfolk).

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years case management experience in the private sector/personal injury/clinical neg/medico-legal arenas;
  • Proactive, ability to take initiative and work independently;
  • Excellent organisational, communication and computer skills;
  • Competent with developing bespoke rehabilitation packages;
  • Ability to implement and supervise a variety of clinical and non-clinical services;
  • Good time management with adherence to deadlines;
  • Excellent report writing skills;
  • Ability to document comprehensive case notes;
  • HCPC/NMC/SWE/IRCM Registered.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of ‘iinsight’ a cloud-based case management and reporting system;
  • Advanced BABICM Member.
