Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care

We are supporting a leading GP Practice in their search for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a dedicated and forward-thinking general practice team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care including clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning and ongoing evaluation.
  • Demonstrate safe clinical decision-making and expert autonomous practice across a wide range of presenting conditions.
  • Utilise advanced assessment and diagnostic skills to support patients within a general practice environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team, contributing to leadership, service improvement and the delivery of high clinical standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience within a Primary Care/General Practice setting.
  • NMC registered nurse with Advanced Clinical Practice qualification – or currently working towards non-medical prescribing status.
  • Minor illness and injury qualifications are essential, with a strong commitment to maintaining clinical excellence.
  • Ideally educated to MSc/Level 7 Advanced Practitioner status (those working towards accreditation will also be considered).
