Creative Support is seeking a warm, compassionate and proactive leader to oversee the management for three Extra Care services based in Brent (Wembley and Kingsbury). You will be ably supported in this role by the Area Manager, Deputy Extra Care Manager and 3 Team Leaders.
You will ensure an empowering service which meets the needs of our clients and work with the housing provider to promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the service. You must be flexible, energetic and reliable with a well-organised approach to staff deployment and service delivery.
