Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Care Worker role located in Kingston Upon Hull. Responsibilities include:

Providing personal care support
Assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, mobility, and household tasks
Offering companionship to clients

Care Workers will support individuals with varying needs, including those requiring dementia care or physical disability assistance. The role plays an essential part in promoting client independence and ensuring well-being through compassionate and professional service.

Qualifications

Experience or skills in providing personal care, meal preparation, and domestic support.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster companionship and effective support.
Knowledge of dementia care, physical disability assistance, and reablement practices.
Ability to manage time efficiently and perform tasks independently with professionalism.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training can be provided.
A compassionate and patient demeanor, with a commitment to upholding dignity and promoting independence.
A valid driver’s license would be beneficial for mobility and transportation assistance roles.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
