What You’ll Do
As our Registered Manager, you’ll:
• Oversee the daily running of our Aberdeen service
• Ensure full compliance with Care Inspectorate regulations
• Recruit, train, and support our amazing team of carers
• Carry out assessments, care planning, and quality reviews
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and local professionals
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll make a real difference — every single day.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within domiciliary/home care
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
• A strong understanding of Care Inspectorate standards
• Excellent people, communication, and organisational skills
• A compassionate and proactive approach to care
