Practice Plus Group is a leading provider of urgent care services across the UK, committed to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients when they need it most — outside of regular GP hours.
In Out of Hours, we assess and treat patients who require urgent unscheduled intervention suitable for treatment by general practice clinicians when the GP surgeries are closed. Our referrals come from either 111, via a dedicated health care professional line used by paramedics and district nursing teams, or from the AED or MIU.
