Job Overview – Nurse Manager (Home Health Care):

Location: Stamford, CT
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In-Office with Local Travel)

You will oversee field nurses, manage admissions and care planning, ensure compliance with OASIS and CMS regulations, and conduct quality reviews. Ideal candidates are experienced RNs with leadership skills and expertise in home health standards.
