Clinic Manager – Blossomfield Dental Care
Full-time 40hrs (Working days are flexible, except for Monday and Friday).

We’re looking for an experienced Clinic Manager with a strong background in the dental industry (Private or Mixed).

To be considered for this role, you must have experience within the dental sector (managing a dental clinic or leading a dental team) or having worked previously in a similar role. Applicants without dental experience will not be shortlisted.

About the Role
As Clinic Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of day-to-day practice operations, ensuring the team delivers an exceptional patient experience and the business achieves its goals. You’ll bring structure, motivation, and accountability to the team while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Areas of Focus
Leadership & Team Support

• Conduct regular one-to-ones, set clear expectations, and build team confidence through a period of change.
• Lead by example and foster a supportive, high-performing culture.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain strong systems, compliance, and workflow standards.
• Ensure a smooth, consistent patient journey – from first greeting at reception through to rebooking.

Financial Performance

• Drive revenue and meet P&L targets.
• Monitor KPIs and streamline administrative processes to maximise efficiency.

Marketing & Growth

• Collaborate with our central marketing team to support website and social updates.
• Help boost patient enquiries and build the practice’s local profile.

Patient Experience

• Ensure an excellent patient journey that feels personal and yet professional.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced within the dental industry, private or mixed practice (Essential)
• A confident and resilient leader with excellent people management skills
• Organised, commercially aware, and calm under pressure
• A clear communicator who can inspire, challenge, and support others
• Experienced in healthcare, dental, or a customer-focused previous role
• Comfortable taking ownership, setting direction, and driving positive change
