Warrington Recovery Team (Adult Community Hub) are looking to recruit a dedicated, enthusiastic and hard-working B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner to come and join our wonderful Team.
We are a highly regarded, well-led multi-disciplinary service, providing excellent care, treatment, and support to adults with significant mental health needs, within the Borough of Warrington.
As a B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner in the Team, you will be providing NICE guidance interventions, working as part of an MDT, to provide care, treatment, and support for service users with significant mental health needs. You will work closely with carers and families and be confident in liaising with our partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes for our service users.
Our office base is Wakefield House and our office hours are currently Mon to Fri 9-5.

The role will require you to liaise with other services and work closely with carers and families, alongside our wider partner agencies, to ensure the best outcomes for our service users.
The Team has a strong value base, centred on caring and commitment. You will receive ongoing clinical and management supervision and have opportunities for continuing professional development (CPD) as part of this role.
