Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
Prepare and serve meals according to care plans, taking into account dietary restrictions.
Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any significant changes to relevant healthcare professionals.
Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed, ensuring their transportation needs are met.

Skills

Previous experience in senior care, assisted living, or nursing home settings is highly desirable.
Knowledge of medical terminology and case management principles is an advantage.
Familiarity with hospice care practices and the ability to create effective care plans.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and their families.
Ability to administer medication accurately while adhering to safety protocols.
Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining client records.
