Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Care Assistant based in Andover. The Care Assistant will support individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility assistance. The role involves assisting clients with specialized needs, such as dementia care, while promoting independence and dignity. The Care Assistant will maintain accurate records using a digital monitoring system and provide compassionate emotional support to clients and their families.
