Job Description

At HESIS, we are looking for a driven Key Account Manager to grow our presence in the Healthcare & Education sectors across our Southern Business Unit.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Build and nurture client relationships.
  • Deliver revenue and margin growth through projects and service contracts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cross-selling potential.
  • Ensure all proposals, projects, and services meet sector standards and compliance requirements.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in Fire & Security sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or education environments (regulated, multi-site, or public sector).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and a full clean driving licence.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • FIA training with experience of public sector frameworks.
