Job Description

Job Title: Band Six Clinician
Team: Head2Head Team
Overview:
The Head2Head team is looking for a Band Six Clinician to join our well-established CAMHS Multi Disciplinary team. We utilize an assertive outreach model to provide mental health assessment and intervention for young people experiencing a range of mental health difficulties, particularly those open to the Youth Justice Service.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess and support young people experiencing symptoms of Early Onset Psychosis or at risk mental states.
Address co-existing substance use needs.
Manage cases of harmful sexual behavior.
Collaborate as part of the Multi Disciplinary Team.
Serve as a Care Coordinator for an identified caseload of young individuals.
Skillfully engage with young people and their families.
Conduct mental health and risk assessments confidently and independently.
Develop care plans and offer a variety of interventions within a community setting.
