MEDICAL SECRETARY, BAND 4
FIXED TERM / SECONDMENT UNTIL 30 SEPTEMBER 2026
SALARY SCALE: £30,353 - £33,016 pro rata

Applications are invited for the above post, based within the Specialist Surgery Division at Ninewells Hospital.

We are looking for an adaptable individual to provide an efficient, administrative service within the Photobiology Department.

Applicants should possess:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A high level of literacy and numeracy skills
Experience of NHS Tayside IT systems (not essential)

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.

Hours of work: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
