Job Purpose:
To facilitate and support the efficient and effective delivery of key Medical Affairs governance and operations projects and activities across the KKI region while developing the student’s experience and knowledge of working within a global specialty pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the delivery of key Medical Affairs projects and activities
  • Project management assistance and participation to drive delivery and optimization of Medical Affairs processes (e.g., Evidence generation, Medical Information, Medical Engagement)
  • Develop and implement management monitoring and quality assurance for Medical Affairs activities to ensure compliance to KKI standards and statutory regulations
  • Provide Project Management and other support to progress key Medical Affairs studies
  • Support the generation and update of scientific communication materials (e.g., Therapy updates, Medical Information responses, materials) as requested
  • Project Management support for key Medical Affairs change initiatives
  • Assist in the development and generation of reports, metrics, and dashboards to monitor the performance of KKI Medical Affairs and progress against annual objectives
  • Organise and participate in communication of Medical Affairs activities across the teams and the wider UK business

Qualifications
Position Requirements:

  • You will be looking to complete a 12-month placement in your third or penultimate year of study, returning to your course at the end of the placement
  • Studying a biomedical, science, or social science degree (or equivalent qualification)
