Your Impact
We’re investing in our Pharma Industry practice to support organisations across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations as they adopt digital, data, and AI-driven transformation.

As Partner, you’ll help define our strategy, shape propositions, and lead major client relationships. You’ll guide programmes that connect science, technology, and data to improve outcomes, increase efficiency, and accelerate innovation across the industry.

You’ll also play a leading role in developing our UK Pharma team and expanding Valcon’s footprint within the industry.

The Role
We’re hiring a Partner to lead and grow our work across the UK Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry.

You’ll develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, drive large-scale transformation, and deliver value through digital, data, and AI solutions. You’ll help organisations strengthen R&D productivity, improve operational performance, and manage compliance and sustainability priorities in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.

You’ll collaborate with Valcon’s European Pharma network to share best practice and deliver integrated, cross-market programmes.

What You’ll Do

• Define and implement Valcon’s Pharma Industry strategy in collaboration with European leadership
• Build and grow senior client relationships across leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences organisations
• Lead business growth through both hunting and farming, developing long-term partnerships and expanding existing relationships
• Shape and sponsor major transformation programmes across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and commercial operations
• Develop propositions that combine consulting, data, and technology to deliver measurable business impact
• Partner with key technology and data providers to strengthen our market offering and create new opportunities
• Provide commercial leadership across engagements, driving revenue, margin, and delivery excellence
• Coach and develop senior consultants to build depth and capability in the UK Pharma Industry practice

What You’ll Bring

• Proven commercial leadership in consulting, data, or technology within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Strong track record of developing and growing client relationships at senior level
• Experience defining and executing industry strategy in collaboration with leadership teams
• Deep understanding of pharma R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, and commercial operations
• Demonstrable success leading large-scale transformation or digital programmes
• Established relationships across industry and technology partners
• Credibility and influence with senior stakeholders across science, technology, and operations
• Strong leadership and coaching capability with a focus on collaboration and commercial outcomes
