Meet Our Client
A playful teenage boy who enjoys music, games, and connecting with others in his own unique way. He is unable to communicate verbally and has both visual and hearing impairments, so understanding his needs takes time, patience, and a consistent, caring approach.
He loves to play games, listen to pop music, and finds it hilarious when staff copy his sounds; it's one of his favourite ways to interact. He also enjoys listening to Mr Tumble and Peppa Pig.
During the week, he attends college, and your role will be to support him outside of his college hours, as well as during evenings and weekends. You’ll not only be managing his care needs and clinical requirements but also offering plenty of interaction with the things he enjoys.
Due to the complexity of his needs, we are looking for dedicated, long-term staff who can provide stability and build strong, trusting relationships. Full training will be provided to support his behaviours and ensure the best possible care.
