If so, NHS Professionals are currently recruiting for Registered General Nurses to work in the theatres at Southampton General Hospital to join the bank. As a Registered General Nurse, your main role will be:

  • To provide skilled specialist assistance in the delivery of direct and indirect patient care throughout the Operating Department.
  • To participate as an integral member of the theatre/recovery team.

To apply for this role, you must be able to satisfy the following criteria:

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC or HCPC registration and no restrictions.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working in a theatre setting within the last 2 years (scrub/anaesthetics/recovery) in either a private or NHS hospital, ideally within women's health.
  • Be living in the UK with RTW status.
