  • Support literature reviews, data analysis, and publication planning initiatives.
  • Contribute to a team culture that values collaboration, flexibility, and mutual support—helping colleagues when deadlines or priorities shift.

About You

  • PhD in a life-science discipline, or MSc/BSc with relevant medical writing experience.
  • 3–5 years’ experience for the Senior Medical Writer or 1–3 years for the Junior Medical Writer position.
  • Proven experience writing and managing scientific publications - must be acknowledged author or contributor on at least one published paper.
  • ESSENTIAL - Prostate cancer experience OR familiarity with medical imaging or PET
  • Background in medical communications, pharma, or med-tech preferred (not academia).
  • Comfortable working with complex datasets and data tables, drawing accurate scientific conclusions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote, supportive team environment.

What’s on Offer

  • A chance to work on innovative, clinically meaningful oncology programmes from pre-clinical through to post-marketing stages.
  • Supportive leadership with genuine work-life flexibility (yes, you can pause to walk the dog!).
  • Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package.
  • Home-based flexibility with 3–4 in-person team meet-ups per year in Oxford.
