Job Description

The Selden Centre is a modern, purpose-designed 10 bed inpatient assessment and intervention service for people with learning disabilities. Its fundamental aim is to support people back to community living.

From this safe and friendly environment, our team of 30 multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals offers individualised support, with opportunities for 1:1 therapeutic sessions to men and women who are referred into the service because of:

You will work hand-in-hand with partner agencies and care managers to identify suitable future placements that meet the individual’s identified care and support needs for the future once they are discharged from our service.
