Job Description
We are looking for motivated team members who would like to join our team with immediate effect. Your main responsibility will be the registration and scheduling of appointments at our practice. A sensitive approach to children and their parents is very important to us here.
Your Tasks:
- Provide friendly care for our young patients at the registration desk.
- Handle appointment and treatment planning as well as telephone calls.
- Support us in administrative tasks such as practice organisation, administration of findings, and billing.
- After appropriate training, work confidently with our current practice software.
Your Qualification:
- Completed training as a dental assistant.
- Ideally, possess professional experience as a dental assistant.
- Characterised by structured work, good organisation, and calmness in stressful situations.
- Empathy and a friendly approach to our patients to make their visit to the dentist as pleasant as possible.
