Senior Physician Central Emergency Department (m/f/d)

The Central Emergency Department and Emergency Admission Ward at Helios Klinikum Bonn/Rhein-Sieg and its interdisciplinary team treat around 20,000 emergency patients from the city of Bonn and neighboring districts every year. The rooms of the ZNA are process-optimized and modern. Patient care is provided in cooperation with the specialist clinics in accordance with the highest medical standards.

To expand our management team, we are looking for a full-time or part-time senior physician (m/f/d) for the central emergency department and emergency admission ward with immediate effect.

What you can expect:

• Interdisciplinary diagnosis and treatment of outpatient and inpatient emergency patients of all age groups with acute and life-threatening illnesses and accident injuries.
• Training of assistants and specialists.
• Possibility of acquiring the additional qualification 'Clinical Acute and Emergency Medicine' (full authorization for further training is available).
• A varied job in the emergency department management team under the direction of the chief physician.
• Further development of the ZNA and the emergency admission ward in relation to the tasks of the future.

What you bring with you:

• Specialist in internal medicine (m/f/d) with the additional qualification of clinical acute and emergency medicine.
• Alternatively, other patient-oriented specialist qualification (m/f/d) with the willingness to obtain further training for the additional qualification in clinical acute and emergency medicine.
• Sound knowledge and experience in the field of emergency medicine and intensive care medicine.
• Sound knowledge of sonography (abdomen, heart, lungs).
• Willingness to participate in the emergency room duty model and the departments on-call services.
• Optional participation in the rescue service is possible.
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles.
