Germany's leading doctor-on-demand platform is looking for a Head of Patient Experience (m/f/d) to drive the ambitious growth of its Patient Apps (iOS and Android). Join us in establishing the most-loved digital health platform (TOP 3 Health Apps in Germany) by driving product innovation, launching features patients love, and optimizing the user journey to create a 5* Experience for them.
What you'll do
- 5 Patient Experience:* You are obsessed with delivering the best possible experience for our patients.
- You ensure that every interaction within our Patient Apps is smooth, frictionless, and user-friendly.
- You deeply understand patient needs and pain points, translating them into high-impact product improvements and new feature developments that elevate the entire user journey from activation to everyday use.
- Communication & Alignment: You motivate your team, communicate efficiently, and navigate them to reach your team goals together.
- You ensure the best alignment processes are in place and develop reports to track key metrics and illustrate the impact of your initiatives.
- Execution & Product Enablement: You play a key role in driving one of our core KPIs – a 5* Experience. With strong project management skills, you coordinate cross-functional teams to execute efficiently and with high quality.
- Your deep product management expertise enables you to set clear goals, prioritize initiatives, and make data-driven decisions.
- With a strong focus on product discovery, you work iteratively, incorporating patient feedback to optimize usability, accessibility, and the overall experience.
- Strategy & Market Leadership: Your strategic vision will guide the team in creating industry-leading digital health solutions.
- You will position our platform as the highest-rated and most widely adopted health platform, setting new benchmarks (this includes long-term planning, continuous experimentation, and a deep understanding of patient needs).
- You think outside the box to solve customer problems in a creative, innovative way.
- Leadership: Coach and mentor a 10-person cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and software developers who are always up for challenges and expect a fast-paced working style.

- 5 Experience Champion:* You are passionate about building products that people love and you have a deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and frictionless user flows, ensuring that every product decision enhances the overall patient journey.
- You understand what it takes to create a best-in-class digital experience that is simple, intuitive, and highly satisfying.
- Data-driven Problem Solver: You think strategically while being able to dive deep into data and execution, bringing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to the table, ensuring customer understanding and product centricity are at the heart of every decision.
- Empathetic Product Leader: You have leadership experience in dynamic product environments, are experienced in managing leadership responsibilities, and are charismatic while delivering structured, open, and transparent communication, paired with a deep understanding of product development and project management.
- Product Visionary & Innovator: You have a strong track record of defining and executing a vision for an outstanding digital product experience – preferably for Apps.
- You have experience in making strategic decisions that set new standards for usability and user delight.
