Healthcare and Nursing Staff for Intermediate Care (m/f/d)

We are looking for a nurse (m/f/d) for our location in Gifhorn at the earliest possible date, full-time or part-time for our Intermediate Care Ward.

What you can expect:

• You will be responsible for the individual, activating, appreciative and holistic care of your patients.
• You will be responsible for the care and monitoring of your patients.
• You will be responsible for preparing, assisting and following up on diagnostic and therapeutic measures.
• You plan and document the care measures for your patients.
• You are the first point of contact for your patients, their relatives and accompanying persons.
• You implement the care guidelines and hygiene standards and work closely and interdisciplinary with other professional groups.

What you bring with you:

• You are a registered nurse (m/f/d).
• Ideally, you have already gained clinical experience.
• Your strengths include patient-centered communication and strong social skills.
• You are a team player and reliable.
• You have a willingness to learn and a sense of duty.
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles.
