Medical Assistant for the Outpatient Center (m/f/d)

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you for our Helios Clinic in Gifhorn as a Medical Assistant for the Outpatient Center (m/f/d).

What you can expect:

• You are the first personal contact person for our patients.
• You will be responsible for coordinating patients by telephone and managing appointments.
• You are responsible for accompanying and assisting with consultation hours.
• Planning and coordinating outpatient and inpatient surgeries.
• You will also provide support in billing management.
• You will also carry out general laboratory work and functional diagnostics.

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training.
• You are committed, a team player and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• Practical experience in various specialties (an advantage).
• You have good IT skills.
• Good knowledge of practice organization, preferably across disciplines.
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles.
