Senior Consultant / Senior Physician for Special Visceral Surgery (m/f/d)

With you we will be the best: Have the courage to shape the future with us! At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a full-time Senior Consultant / Senior Physician for Special Visceral Surgery (m/f/d) at our Dachau site.

What you can expect

  • Employment as a specialist / senior physician (m/f/d) in the OR and on the ward.
  • Independent operations of elective, oncological, and urgent visceral surgery.
  • If not available: training in robotic surgery (DaVinci).
  • Participation in background duty at night and at weekends and assumption of administrative management responsibility.
  • Operative training and clinical instruction of AIW.
  • Participation in/leadership of interdisciplinary meetings and tumor boards.
  • If necessary, coordination of an organ center (DKG).
  • Weekly team leadership (senior physician of the week) and case-by-case representation of the head physician.

What you bring with you

  • License to practice medicine.
  • Additional title / specialty title 'Special Visceral Surgery'.
  • Specialist certification (surgery or visceral surgery).
  • Experience in oncological and minimally invasive surgery.
  • Passion, commitment, and interest in interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Interest in surgical/oncological and scientific issues.
  • Willingness to work at night and at weekends (background services).
  • Legally required proof of immunization against measles.

Das Helios Amper-Klinikum Dachau, ein Krankenhaus der Schwerpunktversorgung (Stufe II) mit 435 Betten, bietet neben moderner Notfallversorgung und einem breiten Behandlungsspektrum spezialisierte Angebote, die zu einer überregionalen Bedeutung beitragen. Das Dachauer Klinikum versorgt jährlich rund 22.000 stationäre Patienten. Weitere 30.000 Patienten werden ambulant von den über 1.000 Mitarbeitern medizinisch versorgt.
