We are looking for the next possible date at the Munich Pasing site for a Nursing Area Manager in the Nursing Directorate (m/f/d) - full-time.

What you can expect

• You will support the nursing management in operational tasks and projects.
• You will independently assume responsibility for and organize the personnel resources of the normal wards and, in consultation with the Nursing Director, take care of shortfall and occupancy management.
• You will train new managers in the nursing service and advise and monitor duty and vacation planning for the normal wards.
• You act as the central point of contact for employees in the nursing service with extensive creative freedom.
• You will independently develop concepts, quality standards and uniform processes in the nursing service and support their implementation.

What you bring with you

• You have a nursing or medical qualification or a degree in healthcare.
• You have already gained management experience in the healthcare sector.
• You have a talent for organization, strong communication skills and are always friendly, helpful and service-oriented.
• You are open to projects and proactively get involved in new topics.
• You have an analytical and conceptual mindset, are a team player and work independently.
• You have the legally required proof of immunization against measles.
